River: The river Jølstra, big. The river Gaula, big
Lake: The Jølster Lake(30 km long) – The lake Haukedalsvatnet  - The lake Movatnet (1 sq km) – The lake Viksdalsvatnet (3 sq km)

Species available:
Wild brown trout.

Travelling to Førde:
Arriving Norway by ship, airplane, train or by car to Oslo or Bergen.

From Bergen to Førde:
30 min by plane, several times pr.day.
4 hours by bus, several times pr. day.
4 hours by boat and bus.
3 hours by car.

From Oslo to Førde:
1 hour by plane, several times pr. day.
9 hours by bus, several times pr.  day.
7 hours by car.
